PDF Batch Merger

A Windows and macOS desktop tool for batch PDF/image merging and A4 imposition.

PDF Batch Merger is built for invoice and reimbursement workflows: bulk select files or folders, reorder the queue, place multiple source pages on each A4 page, validate the license before export, and keep update/license endpoints configured inside the app.

Product role

Batch PDF/image imposition tool

Add PDFs or image files in order, choose 1/2/3/4/5 or more items per A4 sheet, switch portrait or landscape layout, preview the final placement, and export a single merged PDF.

Product knowledge

Capabilities that are directly verifiable from the code

These descriptions come from the matching native target, README, and architecture files rather than from download or release flow copy.

Batch PDF/image input

The desktop app supports single files, multiple files, or folders. Current inputs include PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG while preserving manual queue ordering.

Multi-up A4 imposition

Users can place 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or more source pages on each A4 sheet, switch portrait or landscape layout, tune margins/gaps, and export one merged PDF.

Real content preview

The preview area renders PDF pages or image thumbnails and places them into the current A4 grid, so ordering and orientation issues are visible before saving.

Built-in license and update services

The export path validates the license through the production boris API. Updates default to prd.omniclaw.store, so users do not need to configure service URLs.

Product surface

The public page should explain how it works, not just how to install it

Screenshots and captions are used to show product surfaces, interaction models, and workflow roles.

Batch queue and order control

License and update flow

License validation protects the export path, while app updates are served from prd.omniclaw.store.

Product FAQ

Give search and answer engines stable answers

These questions focus on role, platform, and capability boundaries.

What problem does PDF Batch Merger solve?

It batch-organizes invoices, reimbursement documents, and image receipts by placing multiple PDF pages or images onto A4 sheets and exporting one merged PDF.

Does it support both Windows and macOS?

Yes. The public downloads include a macOS arm64 DMG, a Windows x64 Setup installer, and a Windows x64 Portable build.

Why are the license and update server URLs not shown in the app?

Both production URLs are built in. License validation uses the boris production API, and app updates use prd.omniclaw.store. Users only need a License Key.
